1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using REPPPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. Continued use of REPPPS after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
REPPPS is a training journal progressive web application (PWA) designed for personal workout tracking. It allows you to log sets, reps, weights, and personal records against structured training plans. REPPPS is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. It is not a medical service, a certified coaching platform, or a substitute for professional training advice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must not share your account with others. Each account is for a single person only. We strongly encourage enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use REPPPS solely for personal workout tracking. You must not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate mass account creation. You must not use the service in any way that could harm other users or the infrastructure. One account per person; creating duplicate accounts is not permitted.
5. Data and Privacy
Your workout records and personal data are owned by you. You can export your data or delete your account at any time via Settings > Data. How we process your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page. REPPPS collects only the data necessary to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
REPPPS is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. It is not a medical device and does not provide training or health advice. You are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your own physical limits. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stefan Pasch (the operator) is not liable for any injury, data loss, or other damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the app or by email. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of REPPPS after announcement of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
