Everything in the journal
All of this is in the free lifter journal. Nothing on this page is locked behind a plan.
01 · In the gym
Guided, not guessing.
One screen, one set, one thumb. The app always knows what comes next.
Set-by-set guidance
Exercise, target reps, tempo and round, shown one set at a time.
Prefilled from last time
Each set shows what you did last workout and prefills weight and reps. With a rep range, you also get a target to beat.
Supersets and rounds
Grouped exercises interleave automatically, round by round.
Smart rest timer
The rest timer starts itself between sets. Set rest to auto and the duration is matched to exercise type and effort.
Plate calculator
Shows the plates per side from your gym's inventory and bar weight. Handles single-sided and no-bar machines.
Warm-up ramp
Generated warm-up sets leading up to your working weight.
Reps in reserve
An optional RIR slider on strength sets, so effort is on record too.
Notes that come back
Leave a note after an exercise. It greets you on the first set next time.
Timed exercises
A prepare countdown before the timer starts, so you can get into position. Choose 0, 3, 5 or 10 seconds.
Made for the gym floor
Screen stays awake, an interrupted workout can be resumed, and you can skip an exercise with a reason.
02 · Programming
Complex plans, simply held.
The plan builder speaks the notation coaches already write by hand.
| Scheme | Example | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed | 3 × 8 | The same reps every set. |
| Range | 8–12 | Work up through a rep range, then add weight. |
| Descending | 10 · 8 · 6 | Different reps for each set. |
| Ladder | L1 → L5, +2.5 kg | Climb levels across workouts. At the top, add weight and reset. |
| AMRAP | AMRAP | As many reps as possible, with its own workout card. |
| Duration | 30 s | Holds, carries and mobility work, timed. |
| Cardio ramp | 100 → 200 W | Wattage that ramps over the duration. |
Phases
Prescriptions change by workout number, for example workouts 1–3, then 4–6.
Tempo and modifiers
Tempo such as 5·0·X·1 per phase, and rep modifiers like 1½ reps.
Groups and supersets
Warm-up, AMRAP block, supersets: group exercises and set the rounds.
Setup notes
A short note per exercise, like "red mini-band", shown on the set card.
Your own exercise library
Create custom exercises and choose what they track: weight, reps, duration or watts.
Folders, duplicates, drafts
Organise plans in folders, duplicate a plan, and keep a draft: it is saved when you move between steps in the plan builder.
